The Thrive Programme
A deep dive into your mind, your thoughts, your patterns, your life, your support system and determining how you got to where you are right now.
This is not a cookie cutter therapy programme, every session is tailored to you and your unique circumstances.
This is not a quick, let’s stick a plaster on the problem and move on, where inevitably you end up manifesting the same behaviour expressed in a different way.
This is deep work that at times isn’t pretty, or fun, but you will learn to have more compassion for yourself, accept and trust yourself more.
The programme takes anywhere from 8 to 12 weeks to complete, depending on how much time is needed between sessions to absorb the work.
You will find that as we start to work through that you will start to feel better immediately. My clients say that the support they feel when working with me, makes them feel like everything is possible.
You may find as a byproduct of the work we do together that:
- You have more energy
- You find more time for things that you enjoy
- You have better quality relationships
- You can stand up for yourself when you need to
- You practice healthy boundaries
- You get paid more as you are willing to take more decisive and strategic risks.
We will work through the framework that I have developed through my 9 years of clinical practice, which I have termed the R.E.S.E.T methodology.
Below, I have outlined the points we will cover in our sessions together.
We reveal all the situations, conditions and beliefs that lead you to where you are right now. This will give you a deep understanding of yourself as well as start you on the path to acceptance. This will ensure that we get to the heart of the problem. There’s no need to relive any trauma, only noting that it happened so that we know to address it.
We eradicate those beliefs, thoughts, memories and behaviours that no longer support your growth. This is quick, painless and very empowering work. Regardless of how long you have had these beliefs or thought patterns, we can break them. I will caveat that is if you feel safe enough to do so. Sometimes, it takes a multipronged approach.
Inviting self-compassion, self-forgiveness, self-acceptance into your life, letting go of regret and burdens, starting to rebuild the more compassionate voice within. Some of the most important work we will do together. It will completely change your perspective on yourself and those around you. This will ultimately lead you to making more empowered decisions for your life.
Creation & visualisation of your future utilising the life satisfaction scale and concepts for building a more fulfilling life. Visualisation is as powerful as doing, as the brain can’t tell the difference. By incorporating this step, we stop you from feeling lost and directionless. It’s not quite a guidebook for life, but it is a compass for your future.
When it comes to thriving creating consistency and backup plans around your new habits, thoughts and behaviours is key to your future success, no matter what new stress comes your way. It isn’t realistic to think that life will always be sunshine and rainbows, but you will have the resilience to withstand the blows in the future.
